All personal information (PII) is encrypted at rest and intransit. Access to any PII is via a unique user identification and password, all devices that have access to PII use AES encryption and no credentials are shared.

Data retention
Purchases
For any purchase from the Purvida website such as sales of our experience, records are retained for 6 years for UK tax purposes and as such are exempt from data deletion requests.

Although we love to talk to all our clients we only keep communications (emails) for 1 month

For all other platforms that you can communicate with Purvida such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc you should view their own privacy policy for data retention.
